• Tend to the issues that concern the school as a whole and facilitate communication, building consensus among the teachers, the staff and families.
• Lead, manage, and supervise the lead teachers and assistant teachers of the school.
• Provide instructional leadership - Monitor and support instructional activities, participate in and provide staff development and evaluate the instructional practices of early childhood teachers.
• Manage students - monitor and maintain consistent standard for student behavior, provide activities to involve students in all aspects of early childhood school life, monitor children’s development, and maintain guidance, health and food services for the children.
• Develop a school culture inherently reflecting the school’s values and establishing learning culture for all member of the community.
• Develop and nurture a positive, involved, ongoing interactive relationship with parent community
• Work closely with the admin staff to maintain the daily operation of the school and report directly to the CEO

Job Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum of a bachelor degree/ECCD/ TESOL
• 2+ Years of Relative experience
• Excellent communication skills, in writing and public speaking
• An ingratiating personality of openness, curiosity about others, empathy for the day-to-day challenges and delight for the epiphanies of children, parents, and school faculty and staff
• Well aware of early childhood, social/ emotional development
• A leadership style that is collaborative, goal-oriented, and visionary.
