· Held responsibility for maintaining, reviewing and updating policies and procedures according to new rules and regulations for both internal and external guidance.

· Provided management consultation and optimization services to clients, tasked with optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.

· Re-engineered processes and developed and amended client policies and procedures.

· Amended, automated and implemented workflow charts, and trained staff on new processes.

· Reviewed and amended policies and procedures

· Handled fraud cases in coordination with the legal department.

· Provided monthly report to senior management regarding fraud cases.

Job Requirements

· Any graduate or higher Degree (MBA is preferable)

· Age between (35) to (40) years.

· At least (5) years working experience in related field.

· ISO Procedure knowledge has preferable.

· Fluent in English.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

· Ability to build connections an work collaboratively across boundaries

· Resourceful, creative and inquisitive approach to highly complex tasks

· Demonstrable track record of achievement in new and uncertain environments.

· Ability to formulate, disseminate and implement strategy

· Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.

· Awareness of regulatory and in-house operating environment and potential impact on function

· Strong track record of managing intelligence and due diligence activities

· Have strong negotiation and analytical thinking skill
