- To determine team's action plan ,maintenance in a accordance with the objectives and corporate strategy by planning for
monitoring and provide support interms of personnel as well as various related teams to ensure that operations in
the sales & marketing lines meet the goals , plans and quality policies of the organization.
- Project Sales Planning in order to achieve sales goals in each customer group & product group.
- Planning to push decorative , non-decorative products into the market according to the company's goals.
- Achieve annual sales target by inplementing sales plans to ensure the results are in line with company bussiness plan.
- Plan ,manage and monitor project sales objectives and collection with existing and new customers achieve the company budgeted sales gross margin.
- Analysis and Planning to increasing potential new customers.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree of Adminstration, Economy, Business Administration or related fields.
- Project Selling & Managing experience not lower than 5 years with preferrably from decorative paint business.
- Qualified techniques to solve problems and making decisions.
- Excellent 4 skill in English Language.
- Leadership skills , team development and project management.
- Result-oriented with high integrity in Sales Profession.
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication.
- Computer literacy (MS word, excel, powerpoint, E-mail).
- Owning vehicle is a plus.
- Understand business direction and strategy planning.
