• Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Ensure hours of operation are in compliance with local laws.
• Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Preside over staff meetings.
• Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
• Manage different departments within the store.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
• Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate and Sale and marketing certificate (or) Diploma
• At least 2 – 3 years experience as supervisor role
• Must be good personal & interpersonal skill
• Proficient in Microsoft word / Excel / Power Point & Internet Email
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Achieve sales target and objective assigned by manager well expert in designing the strategic sales and business development plan.
• Ability to travel in local & oversea.
