Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise

- Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product

- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team

- Arranges appointments with clients and sales team

- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents

- Updates all contact information for clients

- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls

- Support the Sales Department with customer administration

- Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department

- Follow instructions from and report to the Sales Channel

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree (more preferable in M.Sc Chemistry / IC)

- Minimum 2 years experience in Sale Support of Sale Administration

- Must have customer relations, customer complaints, reporting skill & administration skills

- Able to travel locally

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, & Outlook.

- Moderate in English (Written & Spoken)
