KEY RESULT AREAS and ESSENTIAL TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist sales coordinator for sales activities
- Check inventory in ABS inventory report and FGs follow up with plant team.
- Key invoices in ABS system and distribute to customer copy furnished to Account department
- Maintain and update sales record and distribute promotion package memo.
- Update promotion materials and communicate/follow up with design team from BBT.
- Coordinate with Product Promotion Team for promotion activities(promotion materials)

Job Requirements

ွQualifications:

- Any graduate, agricultural background is a plus
- Good interpersonal skill
- Willing to learn
- Computer and mailing skill is mandatory
- General knowledge in Accounting
- Basic English skill is required (optional)
