A Good Opportunity for ..

ီDuties and Responsibilities
• Process all incoming orders received via, whatsapp, phone or email
• Collect daily sale order from salesman and data entry into system and manual
• Follow up to dealer/Sale Man for gypsum delivery arrived (or) not
• Prepare sale invoice and send to sale man to take customer sign
• Daily tracking SM and sale man way
• Daily update the Gypsum sale report and send to finance
• Collect & data entry dealer list
• Weekly collect and check the stock balance of BR
• Contract preparation
• Collect invoice
• Update monthly sale report and send to Finance
• Any other duties they may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate and at least 1 year experience
• Good in multitasking, Conceptual thinking and Data Analysis
• Acceptable in English (Writing & Speaking), Good in MS (word, excel, power point)
