• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.

• Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.

• Implement towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth

• Investigate why targets are not being met and set out action plans in order to achieve targets.

• Responsible for the performance and development.

• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate the markets.

• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

• Provides timely, accurate, reporting to the logistics head.

• Conducts proposal presentations and adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Job Requirements

• 3 years experience in distribution sale and must have supply chain circle background.

• Had experiences in sale department of freight forwarding company.

• Strong understanding of customer dynamics and requirements.

• Willingness to travel and working local team of professionals.

• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

• Understanding customer focus, relationship building, teamwork and cooperation

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill.
