- Fulfill the customer requirements and requests by providing sample or by answering technical and engineering information
- Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
- Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
- Contributes to team effort to achieve the target
- Coordinating with sales team to maximize sales volumes and achieving market positions
- Approach the architects, developers and main Contractors for product presentation and build the long term relationship
- Coordinate with consultants ,contractors , subcontractors and suppliers
- Able to work independently
- Grow a loyal customer base within a defined territory through outside, business-to-business, face-to-face sales.
- Analyze MS Excel report data and develop business plans to effectively maintain and grow customer sales.
- Utilize consultative sales techniques (needs based selling).
- Obtain appointments with decision makers at construction/ industrial companies.

Job Requirements

- B.E or B.Tech (prefer Civil Engineering)
- Knowledge in building material products distribution and construction
- Knowledge of basic sales and marketing activities
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
- Good skills in spoken and written English
- Three years experience in related field.
- Basic Computer Skill(MS Office excel ,word ,power-point) including AUTOCAD
- Must be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player.
