An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Wholesales and Retail Channel ( Yangon and Upcountry )
1. Set the monthly sales plan for salesmen and follow up targets achievement.
2. Establish & maintain good relationship with the wholesales and ritail customers (management, accountants & store).
3. Review products’ visibility, planogram, shelf share and expiries through market visits and report market status to management.
4. Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets and report to the management.
5. Implement monthly promotions plans with the customers according to the budget.
6. Coach, train and develop salesmen and monitor their KPIs through market visits.
7. Activate new customers and schedule them in salesmen routes.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
1. 3 or more years of experience in Wholesale and Ritail sales supervisor
2. Experience with Google and/or eCommerce analytics a plus
3. Excellent in English communication and interpersonal skills
4. Directly Report to Sales manager
5. Bachelor degree holder.
6. Very good MS Office skills.
