- Implement management's focus on supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining fix broadband and wireless broadband
- Support procedures to architect, install, configure and maintain physical and virtual
- Provide scheduled reporting to management on health of infrastructure
- Work with team to proactively ensure proper performance
- Ensure SLA's are met on projects and tickets

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree (Technical/ Engineering/ IT)
- 3 years experienced (Electrical and Communication Engineering, IT and related professional experience)
- Experience in telecommunications would be preferable
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and flexible when necessary
- LAN and WAN experience
- Experience/ focus on fix broadband, wireless broadband and ISP
