• Maintain and increase sales of company products and reach the targets and goals set by company
• Set sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
• Establish, maintain and expand customer base and service the needs of existing customers
• Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions: answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing sales figures and summarize information
• Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
• Collecting customer feedback and market research

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in sales or equivalent
• 5 years experiences in related area
• Provide clear direction to sales team including sales trainer and sales manager with emphasis on improving systems, scripts and development of team members
• Ability to recruit, train and develop top level talents in the sales department
• Responsible for motivating team members and brand promotion
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
