Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Confers with internal stakeholders by telephone and email for technical assistance.
• Provide Level 1 technical support to internal stakeholders through identification of problems, suggesting best solution and following up to ensure resolution
• Escalate to Level 2 support team for resolution if issues are beyond authority as per policies and procedures
• Actively monitors and maintains service desk software
• Records daily service desk performance reports, number of problems and actions taken
• Keep abreast of technical and banking operation knowledge to ensure effective resolution

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in call center or service desk environment
• Knowledge of Core Banking process would be an added advantage
• Customer focused with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
• Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holiday
• Able to command and converse in Myanmar and English
