- ဆိုင္ကိုေရာင္းအားတက္ေစရန္ Supplier မ်ားနွင့္ညွိနိႈင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
- Customer Complain မ်ားကိုအေကာင္းဆံုးကိုင္တြယ္ေျဖရွင္းနိုင္ျခင္း။
- ဆိုင္၏ပစၥည္းအဝင္အထြက္စာရင္းမ်ားေငြစာရင္းပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာကိစၥမ်ား ကြာဟမႈမရွိေစရန္နွင့္ ကိုက္ညီမႈရွိေစရန္စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
- Seasonal အလိုက္ Promotion မ်ားအား လုပ္ငန္းလိုအပ္ခ်က္အရ တာဝန္ယူစီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္နိုင္ျခင္း။
