Implementation of customer and client to achieve agreed business objectives.
Provide updates and support to Field Marketing team and monitor operational execution progress
Gather market data on trends, market share, forward share and field marketing promotional activities using data/market feedback
Consolidate information gathered and report identified performance gaps to clients, customers and internal stakeholders.
Manage the internal coordination and teamwork by effectively supervising operations team members.
To do on-the-job training for BA during his/her store visit and provide feedback.
Guide team to ensure effective delivery of team's goal.
