Project planning
Data processing
Internal and external field work
Training/Coaching Outsourcing Partner to understand TT spec & requirement
Creating/maintaining work instructions and manuals
Implementing/improving procedures
Maintaining monthly statistic graphs and FDC records
Selecting potential new data providers from the community
Responsibility, he/she may be asked to act a support for the project manager and line manager
For specific projects could be temporarily involved in talks related to coordinating team members or performing quality checks
Strong data analysis orientation
Frequent contact with community and suppliers
Dealing with multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrating creativity and initiative to ensure an efficient sourcing input

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and related field.
3 years of working experiences in Survey Engineer, Data Science.
Have the experience of estimation of Land, Survey on site and good experience in business coordination e.g. with private firms or government in the field.
Strong in English verbal and writing skills.
Technical Skills in Commercial GIS packages (i.e. Arc GIS, QGIS)
FME, PostgreSQL
MS Access database
MS Office suite/web browsing
Ability to convert data formats/data cleaning
