Technical and Compliance Manager at the successful Apparel Company in Yangon

• Oversee and manage the factory improvements by company policies and the performance of the suppliers
• Up to 2,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

About the Company

The Role

● Supervise and guide the compliance performances of the suppliers and factory
● To examine the supplier’s factory procedures and to prevent the incidents
● Communicate with vendors and customers etc. to meet their social expectations
● Give trainings to the employees in the factory to meet with updating social requirements
● Develop the factory compliance improvements with company legal policies and perform risk analysis of the production area

Job Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of working experience in compliance or in a related field
● Bachelor’s degree or MBA or Masters’ degree in Social Science, Politics, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management will be preferred
● Able to work under pressure and able to travel
● Strong English communication (Chinese language is a plus) and excellent team player
