Job Requirements
Job Requirement:- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulations.- Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within budget and timeline constraints.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.- Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes.- Proficiency in project management software and planning, tracking, and reporting tools.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while maintaining composure under pressure.
