Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

 Preparing, Recording and Filing all receipts and payments vouchers of Branch
 Maintaining and handling cash in and out transactions of Branch
 Recording in Cash Book (Excel file) for all cash transactions and Reporting daily cash flow and cash balance to Finance Assistant and Branch Manager
 Assisting in Weekly Expense report, Monthly Receipt and Payment report and submit to Finance Assistant and Branch Manager
 Assisting in cash budget Bi weekly to Finance Assistant and Branch Manager at Branch
 Assisting administrative tasks in branch – such as bill payments
 Assist all processes regarding procurement
 Maintaining inventory lists and fixed asset lists
 Assisting to Finance Assistant in branch for loan documentations
 Enter data into the MIS system
 Printing and Verify the forms weekly basis from MIS system

Job Requirements

 Any University graduate, preferably in finance and accounting or related field
 Minimum one year working experience as cashier in related and finance field
 Good communication, collaboration with branch Staff
 Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
 Excellent communication skills in local and English language
 Commitment to and understanding of aims, values and principle
