Main KRA for this vacancy is:
- 500KV/ 230 KV Substation/ Transmission Line and Power Purchase Agreement
- Both Technical and Commercial Background


• Study Tender docs/ specs to obtain key extracts pertaining to Scope, Validity, dates, Pay terms, Technical specs, PQ requirements,
• Prepare complete tender documents file including Technical and commercial to submit on due date.
• Prepare Overall project Budget and perform Cost-Prices evaluation to ensure stable margins as per norms & policies. Also, obtain management approval prior to submission to Tendering team for final bid submissions. Refer Historical records to obtain relevant costs.
• Prepare Request for Inquiry (RFI) to customers. Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors
• Generate Standard Operating Procedures for tendering and Implementation
• Attend commercial and technical meeting with clients, consultants, MOEE team, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders meeting for project negotiations and contract awards.
• Perform Qualitative and Quantitative Risk assessment and further generate response plans.
• Monitor all the processes involved in E-P-C, Suggest and implement changes / quality assurance/ corrective actions/ catch up plans to be complied as per the contract.
• Participate in initiation process for upcoming tenders, especially in technical and commercial ways.
• Co-ordinate with internal departments including Engineering, Quality, Safety, Procurement, Site Execution Team, Finance, Accounts, and others so as to ensure that the project objectives are met on time.
• Coordinate with the team member and if and when necessary provide sharing knowledge and improve team work. Be one of the key team players in weekly team meeting.
• Report to Tendering General Manager/ Operation Director

• Electrical / Civil Engineering, Registered Engineer is preferred.
• Must have 5 years of working experience in 500KV or 230 KV substations or Transmission Line
• Proven track record of Business development and project management both in technically and commercially
• Well experience in Independent Power Producer Projects
• Language in English. Must be professional in MS Office
• Electrical Safety Awareness and HSE knowledge
