- As the Tutoring Service Partnership Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing our mathematics tutoring service partnership project in Myanmar.

- You will collaborate with local partners to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and achievement of business goals. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Developing project plans and execution strategies to ensure the achievement of project objectives;

- Managing the day-to-day operations of partners, including course scheduling, teaching quality supervision, and customer service;

- Monitoring project progress and performance metrics, and making timely adjustments and optimizations to execution plans;

- Coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and customer support to drive the successful implementation of the project;

- Reporting project progress and issues promptly and proposing solutions.

- Monthly subsidy of 300,000 to 500,000, the primary salary will be based on proft-sharing.

- Experience in project management (at least 2-3 years experience), particularly in the education sector or related industries, is preferred;

- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with partners and team members from diverse backgrounds;

- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work under pressure;

- with the ability to build good working relationships with teachers and students;

- Local work experience and network resources are preferred;

- Fluent in English and Burmese communication skills are a must.
