-Responsible to achieve target through sales team ,Meet customer ( Doctors & pharmacies )and train subordinates.

-Responsible to identify to key doctor by product wise along with MMO and PE and monitor the progress on prescription generation.

-Responsible to ensure all subordinate has monthly call plan and follow call plan.

-Monitor the sales target achievement of subordinates and guide to achieve target.

-Responsible to share market feedback / finding to concern persons.

-Responsible to train / coach subordinates

-Any Graduate

-Minimum 5 year in relevant field

-Self motivated and persistent on achieving result

-Good people skill ( Leading motivation )

-Good product and market knowledge

-Presentation skill

-Good coaching skill & analytical skill

-Ability to travel on short notice
