Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

● Manage the Transport team (planning, identify needs, give objectives, debrief KPIs, organise training)
● Discuss with logistic managers and business process owner (BPOs), the transport plan, guaranty transport resources
● Analyse and improve the logistic network performances (lead-time, quality, costs)
● Negotiate with third party logistics, follow and improve 3PLs performances (quality, costs)
● Follow and improve Shop Express fleet performances (quality, costs)
● Centralize the fleet investment needs and get Investment Committee agreement
● Interacting with transport team, logistic managers, BPO team, project managers, customer and seller support

Job Requirements

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

● 3 years as transport manager
● Experience in E-commerce and transport B2C
● Experience on process optimization


Technical Competencies
