- တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုခုမွ ဘြဲ႕ရရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။ အသက္ (၂၅) ႏွစ္ေအာက္ အိမ္ေထာင္မရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အေျခခံကြန္ပ်ဴတာႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ ကြ်မ္းက်င္တတ္ေျမာက္ၿပီး၊ Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail အသုံးျပဳႏုိင္ရမည္။
- ႐ုပ္ရည္ေျပျပစ္၍ ဆက္ဆံေရးေကာင္းမြန္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- က်န္းမာသန္စြမ္းၿပီး လုပ္ငန္းတြင္ တက္ႂကြစြာပါ၀င္ေဆာင္ရြက္လုပ္ကိုင္ႏုိင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အက်င့္စာရိတၱေကာင္းမြန္ၿပီး ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈစိတ္ဓာတ္ရွိရမည္။
