  • ခရီလမ်းကြောင်းမထွက်ခွာခင် ကားကြံခိုင်ရေးများစစ်ဆေးရန်၊သန့်ရှင်းရေးများပြုလုပ်ရန်။
  • ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများတင်ဆောင်ချိန်တွင် စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအရေအတွက်နှင့် အကွဲအပျက်များပါရှိပါက မှတ်တမ်းယူထားရန်
  • ခရီလမ်းကြောင်းများ၏  သက်မှတ်ထားသည့် လမ်‌းကြောင်းအတွက် ကြိုငွေများတင်ရန် ဖောင်များရေးဖြည့်ပေးခြင်း၊ ၊ဆီဖြည့်ရန်အတွက် ဆီဖောင်များအား သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနတာဝန်ခံ၏ လက်မှတ်ထိုးများ  ကြိုတင်ယူဆောင်ထားခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ထားရန်။
  • လမ်‌းကြောင်းတွင်  ထိခိုက်မှု့ အန္တရာယ် တစ်စုံတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပါက သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနတာဝန်ခံသို့ အကြောင်းကြားရန်။
  • ခရီးလမ်းကြောင်းပေါ်တွင် ကားကြံခိုင်ရေးအတွက် ပြင်ဆင်မှု့များရှိပါက ဌာနတာဝန်ခံသို့ အကြောင်းကြားခွင့်ပြုချက်ရယူ၍ ပြင်ဆင်မှု့မှတ်တမ်းဓါတ်ပုံများအား ပြင်ဆင်မှု့ Viber Group တွင် ပို့ဆောင်ပေးရန်။
