Export–Import Staff / Supervisor (Documentation & Operations Support)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Export–Import Staff or Supervisor to manage all documentation processes for our import and export activities. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination across departments, with occasional support in operational tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all export and import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, LC documents, bill of lading, freight documents, and customs paperwork.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely processing of shipments.

  • Track shipment schedules, monitor cargo status, and resolve documentation discrepancies.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems for all import/export activities.

  • Support operational tasks such as cargo arrangement, logistics coordination, and communication with internal teams when necessary.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely shipment clearance.

  • Assist with cost checking, freight verification, and settlement of shipping-related expenses.

  • Ensure timely submission of documents required for customs, banks, and government offices.

  • Provide support during audits and ensure documentation accuracy and readiness.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export–import documentation.

  • Strong understanding of shipping documents, customs processes, and international trade procedures.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
