Manage IT Applications in planning, organizing, and directing all project requirements to meet business goals and objectives.
Manage organizing, planning, and directing all activities as required to implement project goals and objectives fully.
Communicate with business users and clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
Must be able to start work within short notice.
Supervise and motivate team members in delivering the tasks assigned
Provide production support to internal business users and clients
Provide application support and enhancements to existing applications.
Define system requirements, priorities, and viable alternatives.
Coordinate the efforts of staff to locate, assess, test, and maintain the systems
Perform analysis and make recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency
Able to travel if necessary

Job Requirements

At Least 4+ years of professional-related experience.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Relevant professional IT school training certification.
Have a good command of both English & Myanmar Language
Possessed professional Computer Literacy for business.
Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
Proficient in Linux OS, SQL databases, and Web applications
Possessed knowledge & understanding of programming language, SQL, HTML development, and database design concepts.
Knowledge of System Security as this position has high access to confidential information
Understand business practices and procedures to design, develop, and maintain automated workflow processes.
Participate in System development projects according to assigned role.
Self-motivated, and disciplined; capability to lead team and project assigned.
Ability to learn new technologies as necessary.
Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
