• Oversee the daily IT support related to information system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.
• Coach and supervise to team members in daily support, change request for ERP and other Information System under HR, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Acts as formal point of contact/liaison and technical expert and coordinate and collaborate with functional users to resolve fund related and system issues.
• Monitors, tracks and manages daily operation issue and service request tickets resolution, user accounts and access rights for related system.
• Leads in new IT System Projects in all project phases by working together with regional, local teams and external vendors.
• Manage the implementation and integration of new requirement of information systems, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Develops necessary documentation associated with recommended business system changes, i.e., business requirements, functional design, system configuration documents.
• Develop and implement training programs, process automation and reporting to enhance end-user proficiency with information systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT department policies, operation controls, processes, and procedures always.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Oversee the acquisition, integration, and transformation of data from various sources to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Other ad-hoc IT duties assigned by Management from time to time.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT & ERP system.
• Proven working knowledge of business processes.
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• Hands-on experience in managing projects, software development, CR, and enhancement.
• Project management experience in a Technology/IT environment running projects in a complex, multi-site environment with cross functional teams
• Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication abilities
• Works well individually or in a group setting.
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Manage external vendors relationships and services.
• Experience in a multinational and culturally diverse environment is an added advantage.
• Experience with Dynamics NAV (Navision) or equivalent ERP system.

Educational / Qualifications requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Technology, Information Technology, or related fields (other degree holders with relevant job experience are also acceptable)
• Certified in Microsoft professional qualification is an advantage
