Job Description

Teaching and Learning

To plan and teach well-structured lessons to assigned classes, following the school’s plans, curriculum and schemes of work
To assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievements of assigned students, making accurate and productive use of assessment
To adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of students
To set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge students
To promote good progress and outcomes by students
To demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
To participate in arrangements for preparing students for external tests

Job Requirements

Qualifications and experience

Recognised teaching qualification (Masters degree in Education)
A minimum three years of successful teaching experience in related subjects.
> 5 years experience of teaching students at IGCSE and A level in international schools.
