A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Update daily credit collection & cash inflow from time to time.
  • Daily cash receipts are announced by emails to concern departments.
  • Register credit collection status by cost center wise & branch wise.
  • Register cash inflow, revenue, exchange rate discounts.
  • Register, filing documents, checking invoices, reconciling inventory for GPS matters.
  • Collect cash received documents from concern departments, scan and maintain soft copy.
  • Daily exchange rate and customer data registration.
  • Update register for delivery orders and sales contracts.
  • Assist to Accountant if any necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate + LCCI I&II
  • At least (3) years in office work.
  • Knowledge of office work flow management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Words in particular)
  • Basic English Skill
  • Basic knowledge of cash flow concept and statement
  • Be honesty and hardworking
  • Good Personal Appearance
  • Good communication & relationship
  • Cooperation and Team spirit
