Job Title: Account & Operations Executive

Type : Permanent, Full-Time (Remote)
Reports To : Director

Job Description

The Account & Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and coordination with external accounting partners. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial transparency, supporting project-level accounting, and enabling smooth cash flow for all company activities. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are provided to guide each task in detail.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Vendor & Supplier Payments

    • Manage and process payments for all external suppliers and service providers

    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in disbursements

    • Maintain detailed records of all outgoing payments

  2. Customer Project Bookings & Documentation

    • Make bookings for project-related services (flights, hotels, tours, etc.)

    • Ensure all confirmations are well-documented and filed

    • Track booking statuses and payment schedules

  3. Invoicing & Financial Documentation

    • Prepare and issue:

      • Customer invoices

      • Receipts

      • Payment vouchers

      • Staff expense claims

    • Ensure all financial documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed

  4. Bank & Transaction Management

    • Maintain supporting documents for all monthly financial transactions

    • Reconcile company bank accounts including:

      • DBS

      • Airwallex

      • YouBiz

  5. Payroll Coordination

    • Compile and submit payroll data (salaries, claims, leaves) to our accounting firm, Innosolv

    • Ensure timely and accurate monthly submissions

  6. Bookkeeping & Firm Communication

    • Liaise regularly with Innosolv for monthly bookkeeping

    • Provide all necessary documents, clarifications, and updates promptly

  7. Financial Tracking & Analysis

    • Monitor payables and receivables across all customer projects

    • Maintain updated records of cash flow and project balances

    • Support internal reporting with up-to-date financial data

  8. Profit & Loss Monitoring

    • Track and calculate profit & loss for each customer project

    • Generate regular P&L reports for internal financial reviews

  9. Ad-Hoc Tasks

    • Support other team members or departments with cross-functional duties when required

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

  • Experience in project-based accounting or SME financial management preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools

  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with external firms

  • Good working proficiency in English is required (able to write emails, handle invoicing, and communicate clearly with team and partners)

  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to meet tight timelines

Working Conditions

  • Remote-based role; full-time position

  • Flexibility to work across different time zones as required

  • Availability for occasional virtual meetings outside standard working hours

  • Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Up to MMK 7-9 Lakhs/month, based on qualifications and experience

  • Team Bonding: Monthly team-bonding activities. Up to S$20 per month is funded for each confirmed employee.

  • Flexible Working Hours

  • Medical Expense Claim: Up to S$20 per claim (max 5 times a year) with a valid receipt upon confirmation of employment

  • No Medical Leave Bonus: S$150 bonus for no medical leave throughout the year, or S$50 for taking only up to two days upon confirmation of employment

Qualifications
