Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Manage and oversee the factory’s accounting and financial operations.
Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Monitor costs, expenses, inventory, and production-related financial activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.
Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives.
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure effective performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
Experience with factory/manufacturing accounting is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good command of English and Myanmar.
Experience with ERP/SAP or other accounting systems is an advantage.
