* Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. * Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accurate financial records. * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. * Analyze financial performance, expenses and profitability to support management decisions. * Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable and working capital. * Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports. * Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies and procedures. * Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and financial reporting requirements. * Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks and relevant authorities. * Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounting Team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business growth and cost control.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. * ACCA, CPA or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including managerial or supervisory experience. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management and financial analysis. * Good understanding of Myanmar tax regulations and applicable accounting standards. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software. * Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
