• Collect and deposit cheques to the bank and arrange flexible payment plans for customers.
• Review bank reconciliation for unknown transactions and NAV entries.
• Send daily AR tracker and follow up on overdue balances and follow up overdue COD/credit via Viber or phone.
• Perform monthly AR confirmation for MOFT channels and review credit status and over-limit accounts report.
• Consolidate POSM stock count reports and verify balances, missing, or damaged items.
• Prepare and submit Form 31 documents to the Tax Department.
• Summary supporting documents for MCCL audits and internal/external audits.
• Update NAV for MOFT JV and SKU checks and upload POSM allocation JV in NAV and post.
• Monthly perform True, POS, and MMQR reconciliation against bank receipts.
• Reconcile allowance for doubtful accounts using trial balance and PBD data.
• Review WHS credit applications and update credit limits and check FOC requests and empty balances for non-sale customers.
• Prepare customer's previous sales history for assessment to the new credit term & limit
• Verify post-paid rebates, check FOC calculations, and ensure all supporting documents are complete.
• Verify accrued rebate and discount JVs and ensure prior month reversals are posted.
• MOFT contract process checking in CMS and requesting approval for set-up invoice discount in NAV.

• Bachelor of Economic or Any Bachelor
• Accounting certificate (LCCI /AAT/ACCA-part 1)
• At least two-year experience on accounting role (AP/AR/Treasure/Supply Chain Finance)
• At Least two-year experience on cash management role.
