Key Responsibilities
● Record and reconcile daily accounting transactions with accuracy and complete supporting documents.
● Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including journals, accruals, and account analysis.
● Prepare financial reports, schedules, and summaries for management review and audit support.
● Coordinate with teams on payment processing, invoice verification, and follow-up documentation.
● Support tax, audit, and compliance requirements by preparing records, reports, and explanations.

● Monthly Inventory Balance Checking with Factory Balance

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role.
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
● Proficient in MS Excel; experience with accounting SAP software is an advantage.
● High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
