Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-To accomplish the firm desired accounting objective through implementing management guideline

-Checking daily claim (Payment, Receipt, JV) Vouchers, and passing account code, account head, division, analysis code correctly into ERP and filling and retrieving
documents

-Utilize ERP Software and checking General Ledger for check daily physical cash balance with General Ledger balance.

-Utilize ERP Software and checking daily collection, loan, trade debtor outstanding

-Prepare monthly debtor ageing, Sales and Stock Report, Debit Note, Credit Note, bank reconciliation, detail payable, receivable, accrual, prepaid, advance outstanding, and line account reports.

-To calculate all Incentive as per agree criteria.

-Preparing New account Code for each expense

-Assist to Account Manager, Chief Accountant as per request.

Job Requirements

-B.Com/ B.Econ/ Dip in Accounting / LCCI Level III

-At least 2 years work experience in relative field

-Good communication skills and negotiation skills

-Pleasant, friendly personality, self-motivator and result oriented
