Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Prepare, review, and analyze all routine and ad-hoc CBM reports across various frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Conduct thorough data verification and variance analysis on both CBM and Credit Admin reports to ensure complete compliance and data integrity.
Act as a key point of contact for the CBM, addressing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and providing further information as requested.
Liaise and coordinate with various internal departments to gather accurate data for reporting.
Assist in assigning duties, managing workflows, and ensuring optimal task distribution within the reporting team.
Execute ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Head of Branch Accounting and Regulatory Reporting and Senior Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Additional professional accounting qualifications (e.g. DA, or ACCA) are highly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business finance, banking, or regulatory reporting.
Substantial accounting experience in a fast-paced, progressive, and tightly managed medium-to- large business, with a strong emphasis on monthly and CBM reporting.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
High proficiency in both English and Myanmar (written and verbal).
Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain flexibility regarding working hours.
