Job Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Admin to support our Admin team. This role supports office logistics, asset management, travel coordination, and general office maintenance, while also providing reliable assistance to senior management and other departments when needed.

 

 

  • Assist with maintaining team calendars, especially for meeting room and car bookings across departments.
  • Manage petty cash and prepare monthly expense reports with accuracy.
  • Coordinate office vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.
  • Assist with contracts, stamp duties, and lease reviews.
  • Oversee office cleanliness, maintenance, and supplier coordination.
  • Monitor incoming/outgoing courier services and ensure proper document handling and filing.
  • Organize and coordinate internal office events and staff gatherings
  • Independently prepare monthly admin reports, including vehicle usage, courier charges, and fuel expenses.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement when needed

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow professionally.
