Human Resources

  • Leading and managing all HR functions, including policy implementation, HR processes, compliance, and daily HR operations.
  • Support management in workforce planning, organizational development, and achieving business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, salary reviews, and market benchmarking exercises.
  • Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and recommend process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Administration

  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, company assets, and ensure a safe, organized, and productive working environment.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, office supplies, employee support services, and implement administrative process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 4-6 years of progressive HR & Admin experience, including experience in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of Myanmar labor laws and modern HR practices
• Experience in HR transformation projects, HR set-up, or rapidly growing organizations is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to think strategically while effectively managing day-to-day operations
