Job Description

Responsible for receptionist work such as answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required

Dealing with phone and emails enquiries

Calendar management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities

Data entry : Sales figures, assets listing , cars kilo, others administration necessary documents

General office management such as ordering stationery and office equipment

Organization travel and accommodation for staff if necessary

Arranging both internal events

Providing administration support to Sales, Finance & Project teams and Senior Management

Liaison with Tax, SSB and others related government offices

Job Requirements

Any graduate with 3 years of experience in admin and reception

Proficient in Microsoft office with Myanmar and English typing

Conversational English specking need  

Candidate who are living near office area ( Hledan ) is preferable
