Dealing with phone and emails enquiries
Calendar management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
Data entry : Sales figures, assets listing , cars kilo, others administration necessary documents
General office management such as ordering stationery and office equipment
Organization travel and accommodation for staff if necessary
Arranging both internal events
Providing administration support to Sales, Finance & Project teams and Senior Management
Liaison with Tax, SSB and others related government offices
