Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and systems that ensure the smooth operation
  • Support and organize for all bake houses requirement which are using day to day operations
  • Provide guidance and direction to administrative staff, ensuring their task is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Control the Stationery, uniform and other utilities once necessary
  • Round check the hostels and give feedback when need to improve the cleanliness 
  • Checking to make sure to be cleaned around front and back of the kitchen’s area 
  • Checking and report kitchen raw storage area where need to place in order  
  • Administration of Housekerping and Security.
  • Control fixed asset management including arranging office supplies
  • Ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance of the office’s equipment schedules and writing or reviewing contracts
  • Communicate and give feedback of outsource companies once needful
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities for vehicle, office machines such as air con, copier, printer and other office equipment
  • Manage for government’s bills on time such as MEPE, internet and telephone bills.
  • Develop and maintain tracking reporting of Vehicles and Generators fuel consumptions 
  •  Liaise with Government office effectively for company affairs
  • Arrange the schedule for outsource Pest control team to Bake House and Factory 
  • Checking fuel consumption according to GPS report

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years of proven working experiences in administrative works
  • Proficient in using Internet & Email and MS Office (Word, Excel, Presentation).
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive (can do) attitude with ability to work in a team environment
