Experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations
Knowledge of payroll administration and performance management
Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office 365
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum (3) years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
