Job Purpose

To manage and control the company’s vehicle fleet and transportation operations while overseeing general administrative activities to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and well-controlled daily operations.

• Manage and control all company vehicles, including allocation, usage, availability, and documentation.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, fuel consumption, mileage, and related costs.
• Manage drivers and ensure compliance with company vehicle policies, safety standards, and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on fleet performance, utilization, and expenses.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including facilities, office supplies, assets, utilities, and vendors.
• Lead the Admin team, control administrative budgets, and ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration, Fleet Management, Transportation, or related functions, with 1+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proven experience managing company vehicles, drivers, maintenance, fuel, and fleet-related expenses.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, or Trading is preferred.
• Strong skills in administration, budgeting, cost control, reporting, vendor management, and Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and high-accountability mindset.
