• Operations: Keep our office running smoothly by managing supplies, record-keeping, and facility cleanliness.
• Employee Experience: Be the point of contact for onboarding, uniforms, social welfare, and organizing exciting team-building events.
• Tech & Assets: Coordinate IT equipment maintenance, manage Microsoft 365 accounts, and keep a meticulous inventory of company assets.
• Financial Tracking: Oversee petty cash, handle PR/PO processes, and manage utility/rental billing with accuracy.
