Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin.
Integrate native Android functionality into Flutter applications.
Develop Flutter plugins and native bridges when required.
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure data storage.
Develop features such as biometric authentication, push notifications, QR scanning, deep linking, and device integrations.
Perform testing, debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
Support application deployment through Google Play Store and internal distribution channels.
Collaborate with backend developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, solution design, and project estimation.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of mobile application development experience. (fresh graduates may apply for junior roles).
Strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and Kotlin.
Good knowledge of Android SDK and Android Studio.
Experience integrating native Android functionality into Flutter applications.
Hands-on experience with platform channels, plugins, and native bridges.
Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, SQLite, and NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and mobile design patterns.
Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production releases.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
