Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Understand the department's current business processes, procedures, forms, reports, and workflows.
  • Explain actual business practices and operational requirements to the SAP Project/Core Team.
  • Collect business requirements from the department.
  • Review SAP process flows and proposed solutions.
  • Participate in SAP process design workshops.
  • Test actual factory scenarios using realistic master data and transactions.
  • Identify system/process issues and document them.           
  • Retest corrections and confirm whether issues have been resolved.
  • Participate in developing SAP work instructions and training materials.
  • Conduct or support training for End Users.
  • Explain the new SAP process and responsibilities to employees.
  • Help employees understand changes from the current manual/Excel process to SAP.
  • Identify resistance or difficulties in adopting the new process.
  • Provide regular status updates to the SAP Specialist/ Team and Section Heads.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant functional or factory experience; strong process knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Accounting, HR, IT, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
  • Basic understanding of SAP concepts is preferred.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Open-minded and adaptable to organizational and process changes.
