Discuss and present solution to customers during need analysis
Guide, train and assist in testing, training and overall implementation of software
Requirement gathering, gap analysis, proposing best practices as well as walk-around solutions for successful project implementation
Responsible to deal with customer requirements and communicate effectively with project team
Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction at all time.
Responsible to prepare necessary documentation and manual when needed
Responsible to provide reports, communicate and escalate to management timely

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Commerce or equivalent
Good knowledge, skills and experience in Enterprise Software such as ERP, HRM, etc
Domain knowledge in banking, distribution or manufacturing is preferable.
Mind-Set and ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work and cope with challenges and stress
Willingness to travel locally or to overseas when needed or given assignments
Accounting knowledge or LCCI level 2 will be an added advantage
