  • Provide consulting services to the customer for both pre-sales and after-sales consulting
  • Responsible to provide necessary training and after-sales service when needed
  • Requirement gathering, gap analysis, proposing best practices as well as walk-around solutions for successful project implementation
  • Responsible to deal with customer requirements and communicate effectively with project team
  • Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction at all time.
  • Responsible to prepare necessary documentation and manual when needed
  • Responsible to provide report, communicate and escalation to management timely

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Technology or equivalent 
  • Good knowledge, skills and experience in ERP Software
  • Mind-Set and ability to provide excellent customer service

  • Willing to travel other cities or overseas when needed or given assignments
