Job Summary
Application Support Engineer/Analyst to support Temenos T24 technical environments, integrations, and batch operations for a leading banking organization in Yangon. This role ensures system stability, upgrade readiness, and smooth delivery across DEV to PROD.
Key Responsibilities
● Support T24 technical environments including DEV, SIT, UAT, TRAINING, DR, and PROD.
● Monitor and optimize COB, batch jobs, interface flows, and exception handling.
● Troubleshoot Java, OFS, application, and integration logs to resolve technical issues.
● Support deployments, hotfixes, TAFJ builds, EAR/WAR updates, and config changes.
● Manage APIs, MQ, API Gateway, channels, and third-party system integrations.
● Assist CBS upgrade activities with readiness checks, gap analysis, and validation.
● Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution within SLA/OLA targets.
● Mentor team members and share technical knowledge to strengthen upgrade readiness.
