- Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available private cloud infrastructure.

- Deploy, configure, and manage virtualization platforms and software-defined storage solutions.

- Monitor and manage cloud-based systems and services to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational processes using appropriate automation tools.

- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders on cloud technologies and best practices.

- Collaborate with network and software teams to support infrastructure deployment and ongoing operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and system performance.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

- Participate in change management processes, including CAB (Change Advisory Board) reviews.

- Prepare, maintain, and update system documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

- A minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in systems engineering or a comparable technical role.

- Strong understanding of IT systems architecture, systems integration, and enterprise-level infrastructure solutions.

- Demonstrated expertise in server operating systems, including Microsoft Windows Server and Linux distributions.

- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, KVM, and Proxmox.

- Practical experience with enterprise storage solutions, backup systems, and disaster recovery planning and implementation.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver professional presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Relevant professional certifications such as RHCE, VCP-DCV or equivalent credentials are desirable.

- Familiarity with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) will be considered an advantage.
